The thing most people get wrong is assuming the warranty died with the installer. It usually did not. Your panels and inverter are covered by manufacturer warranties — typically 10 to 25 years — and those are still live regardless of who put them up or whether that company still exists.
What you actually lost is the workmanship warranty and, more importantly, the person who knew how to file a claim. That part we can replace.
What the audit covers
About an hour on site. You get a written report with photos, whatever we find.
Production check
We compare what your system is actually making against what it should be making for its size, age and orientation. This is where most surprises turn up.
Physical inspection
Panels, racking, roof penetrations, conduit, inverter and disconnects — checked for corrosion, loose hardware, pest damage and failing seals.
Warranty recovery
We identify your equipment, work out what coverage is still live, and tell you what is claimable — even though the original installer is gone.
$400 — credited back in full if you start a Complete Care plan within 30 days.
Then what?
If it is healthy — we tell you so, and you can put it back out of your mind. Keep the report for when you sell the house.
If it needs work — you get a written quote and a straight answer on what is urgent versus what can wait.
If you want it looked after — Complete Care covers cleaning and an annual inspection from $38 a month, so it never drifts again.

What does the audit cost?
The inspection is $400 and takes about two hours. If you take up a Complete Care plan within 30 days we credit it back in full.
My installer went under. Is my equipment still under warranty?
Usually, yes — and that surprises people. Panel and inverter warranties come from the manufacturer, not the installer, and they run 10 to 25 years. What you lost was the workmanship warranty and someone to file the claim. We can often still file against the manufacturer for you.
Can you work on a system you did not install?
Yes. It is a good share of what we do now. We work on most major panel and inverter brands.
What if you find something expensive?
You get the report either way, and you are under no obligation to have us fix anything. Plenty of audits end with us telling people their system is fine and to stop worrying about it.
I am not sure my system is even working properly.
