Ian Marston proudly leads as CEO and owner of Virginia Energy Solutions, deeply rooted in his hometown of Chesterfield, VA. Transitioning from a passion in automobiles to a profound dedication in digital marketing, Ian found his true calling in the solar industry, inspired by its significant benefits to households and environmental sustainability. Overcoming personal challenges to return home and care for his family, he identified a local market need, leading to the inception of Virginia Energy Solutions. The company, under Ian’s vision, is dedicated to promoting residential solar power, aiming to better the community through renewable energy solutions. Ian is passionate about creating a sustainable future and building a company that serves as a beacon for green energy, fostering a brighter future for Virginia.

COO
Gracie Dajoya originally from the Philippines but raised in Virginia, graduated from Powhatan High School and pursued International Relations with a focus on Social Justice at VCU. She joined the team at VES as the COO shortly after its inception. Her academic journey ignited her passion for environmental conservation, leading her to VES through her network. Working at VES, where she combines friendship with professional growth, doesn’t just feel like a job for Gracie. It’s an opportunity to enhance community awareness about green energy and leverage her skills for personal and professional development.
Taylor Bloom
Taylor Bloom, VES’s Sales Manager, comes from Chesterfield, Virginia, with a background in Finance from VCU. With approximately two years in the solar industry, Taylor regards joining VES as a pivotal career move, passionately aligning with the company’s community-focused values. For Taylor, work transcends traditional employment, offering a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future in Virginia. Taylor eagerly anticipates making more connections and continuing this rewarding journey.
Ryan Bloom
Team Manager
Ryan Bloom, a team manager at Virginia Energy Solutions (VES), hails from Chesterfield, Virginia. With a background in kinesiology from VCU and a Cosby high school alumnus, Ryan transitioned into the solar industry around two years ago. Passionate about assisting homeowners in managing their energy costs and enhancing their lives, he values the chance VES has provided to positively impact his community and forge meaningful connections with homeowners.
